At Pakistan’s Handicrafts, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and services. To ensure customer satisfaction, we have outlined our policies for returns, exchanges, refunds, order acceptance, and cancellations in detail below.


Returns & Exchanges

Products purchased from Pakistan’s Handicrafts may be exchanged within 7 working days of purchase or delivery, provided they meet the conditions outlined below:

  1. Exclusions:

Made-to-order furniture items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased on sale are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

The product is faulty, damaged, does not match the original specifications, or differs from what was ordered.

The company must be notified immediately upon receiving the incorrect or defective product to arrange for a replacement.

  1. Inspection Guidelines:

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect fabrics, accessories, and other items at the time of purchase or delivery for quality and condition.

Claims made after inspection or post-delivery will not be entertained.

  1. Conditions for Return/Exchange:

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include the proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Any requests submitted after 7 working days or for products that are used, damaged (not due to handling by us), or missing their original packaging will be ineligible for return or exchange.


Refunds

At Pakistan’s Handicrafts, we operate under a no refund policy, except in exceptional circumstances, as detailed below:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

A refund may be issued if the product received does not match the original specifications, is incorrect, or cannot be replaced due to unavailability.

If an order is canceled by the customer immediately after booking, prior to processing and manufacturing, a refund may also be granted.

  1. Refund Process:

The refund amount will be transferred to the same account from which payment was received.

Shipping or handling costs are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be initiated after a thorough investigation of the faulty product or unforeseen issue.

  1. Processing Time:

Refund processing may take 30 to 45 working days to complete.


Order Acceptance & Cancellations

We offer multiple payment options for online purchases from our website. However, for customized furniture orders, only advance payment is accepted, and cash on delivery (COD) is not applicable.

  1. Order Processing:

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

To prevent errors, you may be asked to verify your order and provide accurate information, including contact details and address, prior to acceptance.

  1. Fraud Prevention:

To avoid fraudulent activity, payments may undergo validation, and information provided by the customer may be verified.

If the required verifications are not provided or fraudulent activity is suspected, Pakistan’s Handicrafts reserves the right to cancel the order.

  1. Pricing Errors:

While we strive to provide accurate product details and pricing, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders where prices are incorrectly displayed or items are mispriced.

In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancellation.

  1. Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled anytime before confirmation and processing.

Once an order has been confirmed, verified, and processed, it cannot be canceled.

Discounts are available only during sales or promotional events.

Please note that slight variations in texture or color may occur due to differences in monitor/screen displays or lighting during photoshoots.
